We also reduced MRO Inventory SKU’s 7%, while continuing inventory reduction. We transitioned MRO warehouses to RFID, increasing inventory accuracy and accessibility to front line. Finally, we integrated LA Procurement Ops ($170M spend), standardizing processes, increasing efficiencies, and reducing FTEs.
