Current Achieved improved precision and accuracy of carbon/sulfur analyses from LECO determinator. Consulted with Metallurgist, researched and acquired available reference materials in range of desired concentrations, and constructed carbon/sulfur regression curves such that both unknown and check sample analyses results fall within a tighter bracket/range. Improved the control and metering of sub-standard/scrap raw material in the melt cycle and fewer process upsets from impurities was achieved. Given responsibility to develop methods for existing and new Fe, Ni, and Co based alloys on newly acquired ICP spectrometer. Achieved greater accuracy & precision of results, improved efficiency in usage of raw materials, and better utilization of QA technicians efforts across multiple, simultaneous tasks. Elected to attend training for newly acquired Microwave Accelerated Digestion System and subsequently create a new controlled, documented procedure to support proper use of instrument and the training program for QA technicians.ISO Auditor and Lead Auditor (2014-2021), ISO Document Control (2018-Present) Select audit team and conduct Internal audits of ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. Summarize findings in PowerPoint format and submit to the Business Leadership Team.Achieve order and compliance with ISO standard by maintaining the current collection of documented procedures, work instructions, forms, etc via use of in-house database application along with tracking and reporting of document submissions, new and revised, to support weekly and monthly progress and content review reports.
