I've long sought to identify complex situations, as they offer the most opportunity for efficiency improvements and significant positive change for my organization, its customers, and myself. In parsing through noise and keying in on the most important of the available data, procedures, and other inputs, during my career I've had the opportunity across a number of varied projects to bring about meaningful improvements and deliver high quality results.In my organization, I am seen as a subject matter expert for defined benefit programs. As a pension implementation project manager, I have been able to apply these problem-solving skills to effectuate successful project plans. Previously, in seven years of consulting, applying these sorts of detail-oriented efforts along with my technical and communication skills, I was able to help organizations of all sizes as it related to their employee retirement programs both domestically and internationally.
