Managed twelve to twenty-five instructors in the Advanced Individual Training (AIT) for the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS), which trained thousands of new Soldiers. Developed the class curriculum and maintenance schedule, classroom and simulation based instruction, and the preparation and operation of modeling and simulation training devices to provide the most current technical knowledge to the fighting force. Instructed senior leaders and VIP dignitaries on MLRS operations and field artillery tactics, which gave a greater understanding to commanders and dignitaries that make decisions about national defense.

Performed military intelligence operations and detention facility management for a Military Transition Team (MTT) advising the 3rd Iraqi Brigade in Mosul, Iraq. Operated and maintained the Biometrics Toolset System (BATS) for identifying and tracking known terrorists in Iraq. Managed 6-10 local national interpreters.
