Responsible for coordinating and implementing all safety activities throughout the company.Coordinate with all outside compliance vendors for state and federal documentation and permit compliance.Facilitate all facility inspections (Fire Marshall, OSHA, DEEP, Insurance) as required.Facilitate all LEAN Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities throughout the Production Departments.Coordinate work cell organization, 5s and flow projects within all Production Teams.Participate in all Design for Manufacturing meetings for product design and process flow to identify and discuss waste in order to reduce part counts and equipment touches through reduced handling throughout the Production process.Responsible for implementing, tracking and updating Production KPI's.Responsible for OEE coordination of all machinery with Production Managers and Operators to maximize part output.Investigate, present and implement any and all new industry processes or equipment to increase Production efficacy and quality.
