I am a executive level energy leader with extensive experience across the competitive energy sector. Having proven capabilities in leading teams to develop innovative solutions to enable customers and businesses to create value in the energy transition. My experience has been developed through leading industrial and commercial businesses, power developed and construction, utility scale operations and new energy innovations. My strategic understanding of the energy markets enables me to identify challenges and growth opportunities across all segments of the energy supply chain. This enables me to understand the current market challenges and identify new ways of delivering solutions. This is achieved through ensuring risk is understood, control measures are implemented, and continuous learning is applied. In my current role at Alinta Energy I have P&L responsibility for the operations of thermal and renewable generation, delivery of major capital projects including wind, solar, thermal and battery. I am passionate about developing team and individual capabilities to enable effective delivery of business strategy.
