After 2 years as Head of HR I'm proud and excited to be heading back to my roots to lead the expanding Zurich Resilience Solutions team for Zurich Canada!My 2 years in HR, leading a team of amazing HR professionals were among the most satisfying and challenging of my career. I'm proud of how, together, we protected the core of our organization (the people) through a global pandemic. We also became more business facing to help meet the needs of our business partners.I'm now honoured to return to Zurich Resilience Solutions and lead another amazing team of risk professionals. Together we will assess the risks we face and offer state of the art risk solutions to support our customers, broker partners and our underwriters. I am experienced in leading HR teams, global technical projects, centre of expertise (CoE) teams, workforce management initiatives and global training curriculum development.My 3 year international assignment in Zurich, Switzerland as the Global Capability and Technical Manager also helped me develop and understand perspectives on a global scale.
