Inspecting association schemes and properties to ensure clean and proper use of the communal spaces. Discussing with tenants any issues which are related to their use of the communal area, such as; dog waste issues, parking issues, storage of items, gardens usage and development, cleaning and repairs in the communal spaces. Working within the housing team to assist the team members with signings, viewings, ASB complaints, and other tenant related issues. Managing the cleaning and gardening contractors for our schemes.

Handling calls and primary contacts to the association.Connecting tenants with other organisations and colleagues within Langstane. Processing and approving works orders to contractors and direct labour operators. Discussing tenant options for resolving issues. Processing antisocial behaviour complaints and gathers details of any tenant issues.

Managing the property portfolio of the company. Negotiating tenant leases, managing maintenance and building improvements.
