About Scott Tomkinson
I am an experienced baker and technical development manager with a background in developing products from concept to launch, as well as improving existing products (NPD and EPD). I have worked in the baking industry for 14 years, during which I have gained a lot of hands on experience and knowledge surrounding the development process, plant bakeries, ingredients and the functionality of raw materials. In my previous roles I have worked directly with retailers, and production sites, running numerous plant trials and conducting benchmarking of ingredients. I am keen to learn and to keep up to date with new processes and enthusiastic to take on new challenges. After a short break from the baking industry, I'm looking at getting back into the job I am passionate about.
Listed skills include Ingredients, Positive Team Player, Existing Product Development, Hands On Baking, and 7 others.
