Working directly with Engineering and Quality, the role evolves me developing old or new process's, improving machine usage, improving product yield, supporting engineering, creation of cad model's for 3d printing ranging from jig's, tool's and many other items. First line support to the shop floor with any technical queue's that they might have, this could range from tool's, machine's, mechanical's and other process's within the company.

My primary work was in box build units which contain multiply PCB's in which we build from the start up, I also did a lot of NPI "new product integration" which consisted of new build which could have new processes which we have never done before. A lot of this would end up being reported back to our engineers to update the instruction for the next build to aid general operators in building the product.I am trained as a Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) in IPC-A-610 Modules 1 to 8, IPC/WHMA-A-620, Conformal Coat Manuel/Automated Spray Processes & Inspection, Press Fit/Pinning, Board Breakout, Comparator (2D AOI), Environmental Stress Screening, Co-solvent Cleaner, Applying RTV's & Glues, Advanced Mechanical Fixing and Wire Prep/Cable Making.

Working in IT as a 1st line support to help users of the product build dashboards and improve on the system. This was a start up company, the aim was to build a GUI dashboard for which company's could see KPIs and other information on how there company is running. It was hosted in an cloud environment which each user had access too there own dashboard. Data was collected vie a means of excel spreadsheet, API and manual input.My main role was to support users with 1st line support on the product. Provide feedback about bugs, improvement or changed need to the development team. Design dashboards for potential customers and help the owner with any queries about the IT side of it.
