Performs all managerial and administrative functions including work scheduling, billing, record-keeping, writing service contracts and ordering parts, maintaining rolling stock, writing work orders, hazardous materials management and record keeping, and time management. Acts as head mechanic performing diagnostic services, advising clients on major and minor repair of fleet vehicles and non-fleet vehicles, light duty and diesel trucks. Solely responsible for generating leads and customer retention. Maintains fleet vehicles for several local public entities and businesses.
