• Health Authorities of New Brunswick required an immediate response from Service New Brunswick (SNB) for the need for IT support. I was assigned as an IT Project Manager to address all Pandemic Assessment and Vaccine Clinic IT Requirements across New Brunswick for coordinating the build and deployment of IT Infrastructure components behind each COVID Assessment Clinic across NB. (18 months)• Miramichi Regional Hospital (MRH) replaced their Nurse Call solution within their facility. Because of the complexity of the IT infrastructure components of the project, I was requested to lead the deployment of the solution. (14 months)• The Government of New Brunswick initialized a project for modernizing the provincial Data Centers network communications. As the assigned PM to the project; planning, communicating, scheduling and risk mitigation required the highest quality of work to ensure unplanned interruptions did not occur during the migration of all the workloads. (24 months)• Provincial WAN Optimization Project was a cost initiative project that achieved beyond $800,000/year savings while improving network communications for Health Care provider facilities throughout the province. I was assigned as PM to develop and execute highly detailed and efficient communication plan to build awareness and confidence within New Brunswick’s Health Authorities for obtaining approvals for outages for migrating WAN Services for over 100 locations which included major Regional Hospitals (20 months experience) • One of New Brunswick Horizon Health Authority’s highest priority projects of 2018-2019 was the replacement solution for their emergency response paging systems. As the assigned Project Manager, I was responsible for executing strong leadership abilities to pull together lean and efficient project teams for the delivering the project within a rigid schedule (12 Months)

Implementing and supporting virtual/physical server environmentsTechnical lead for project

• Take a leadership role or provide assistance in delivering projects and service requests to completion.• Provide Technical Consultation to BSG group & Customers, recommending solutions that follow both ITD best practices & IT Industry standards.• Generate and maintain execution plans for the different Projects and service request

• Deploy and administer VMware and ESX: Physical to Virtual conversation, Virtualmigrations, build and manipulate server configuration through VMware vCenter• Coordinate, build and deploy Microsoft servers for internal customers and IT data center• Conduct facility reviews of internal customer communications closets and offices to ensurecorporate hardware and software standards are in place and being followed. Makerecommendations to the customer to close any gaps

• Represent the Infrastructure Group within meetings with BA’s and Project managers of ITDwhen designing and delivering Projects• Demonstrated the capability to multi task by logistically coordinating up to 15 projects/service requestconcurrently while performing daily Network Technician responsibilities• Secure resources from each department within Infrastructure to schedule and delivery approvedproject start and finish dates.• Traveled and worked intensively to deliver a Standard Desktop across JD Irving• Obtain strong diagnostic, analysis and problem solving skills through troubleshooting hardwareand software issues across 48 of JD Irving’s companies• Possess strong interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical audiences• Team lead for standardizing over 5000 computers across JD Irving to Microsoft XP Operatingsystem within a Managed Desktop environment
