Working with a matrixed team to develop and manage a system to define all the SQL packages, SSIS jobs, APIs, and other integrations/reports related to the Legal Department to improve system reliability, allow for rapid response to application issues and to comprehensively satisfy audit requirements. IT Project Manager assigned to support Wholesale for the Identity Access Management (IAM) Program. IAM is an Enterprise wide solution implementing the Oracle Identity Management (OIM) solution to protect Wells Fargo systems and information assets, protect customer confidential information, and manage exposure to fraud. The IAM project provides an enterprise solution for access request and approval, provisioning, role management, and certifications, while ensuring that Wells Fargo is in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. Extensive involvement with the project planning of Wholesale assets and various Lines of Business onboarding to OIM. Lead Wholesale Project Manager in a hands-on role to determine asset remediation strategies and planning to support a more comprehensive Certification experience of a Wholesale portfolio consisting of over 1,000 assets. Prepared presentations, and led meetings with numerous Wells Fargo groups, including but not limited to Wholesale Access Management, Access Engineering, Corporate Technology and Data, Operational Risk Management, Technology and Operations, and Enterprise Access Management. Primary responsibilities included supporting programs directly related to the Commercial Fuels Savings Initiative and the associated efforts toward merger consolidated savings. Provided hands-on support to the migration of financial oil and gas trading activity from SunGard’s Aligne System to Duke’s Commodity’s XL (CXL) system – a hybrid of Triple Point’s baseline system. All project activity followed Duke’s newly developed IT Development Methods – a variation of Accenture’s standard project management model.

Worked closely with IT Sourcing and Vendor Management and several Lowe’s business units, including Merchandising and Marketing, Supply Chain, Imports, IP&E, and Integration and Data Services, to provide core content into the Application Maintenance RFP initiative.Provided broad support for multiple workstreams within the Time Definite Supply Chain (TDSC) Program – the Lowe’s $30M+ initiative to fulfill customer orders in a predictable fashion via a time based scheduling environment. The TDSC Program involved customization of the core vendor (Reddwerks) software suite – to bolt onto Lowe’s Regional Distribution Center’s Distribution Management System.

IT Applications Project Manager for the design and implementation of the Web SSP, a start-of-the-art web-based system that allowed hospital clients to securely access pertinent company data, including pending insurance and licensure certificate expirations, critical employee profile data and accounting data. Responsible for the business process management of all Web SSP functions, including on-line RFP submissions, job requisitioning, and auditing. System capabilities also included the monitoring of compliance of the terms of the vendor agreements and the monitoring of all contract quality assurance parameters. Extensive involvement with the project planning, budgeting, requirements definition, design, implementation, testing and documentation of all internal software solutions for numerous processes, including but not limited to employee profiling, applicant tracking, skills checklists, profit margin analyses and accounts receivable/payable. Instrumental in evolving the company’s human resource programs, quality assurance programs, and clinical documentation to successfully obtain Joint Commission Certification. Department of Defense software engineer/consultant with Veda (now Wyle). Implemented enhancements to the Naval Air Development Center’s KIWI, an air-to-air weapon control system computer simulation model, to evaluate radar detection performance for the both the F-14 and A6 aircraft. Marketed services and provided management and analysis support with this engineering consulting firm. Responsible for the development of numerous government proposals and the preparation and delivery of many oral presentations and technical reports. Extensive computer experience with the entire software development cycle, including design, implementation, test and documentation of programs in a variety of languages and environments.

Extensive software development support to analyze new programs, including but not limited to air-to-air radar systems and various weapon control systems.
