Directs a global team responsible for all post sales services activities of Virtify’s clinical disclosure, drug labeling and structured content management products. Responsible for full lifecycle client management as well as the operational and financial management for product implementation, SaaS hosting, customer support and corporate IT.

Manage an inter-disciplinary team charged with ensuring successful implementation of Virtify’s clinical disclosure, drug labeling and structured content management products and development of custom software solutions for life sciences. Responsible for the successful client, operational and financial management of Production Implementation Team. Directs the Corporate IT team in identifying and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure business continuity and improve efficiency of Virtify’s globally diverse development team.

Project and Program Management for global clinical trial and electronic data management adoption programs including validation, work flow/business process optimization, training plan development and delivery, and organizational change management. · Client base consists of a wide range of organizations including large pharmaceutical, biotech and medical devices.

Successfully managed multiple simultaneous projects including project resource estimation and staffing, revenue forecasting and monthly invoicing. Tracked and resolved project issues and served as main point of contact for client. Created all client contracts. Coordinated internal and external resources during contract negotiations. Initiated and executed Project Change Requests to address Scope Changes.
