Chief Claims Officer
CurrentScott initiated the startup of the claims department having been with the Midwest group of companies since inception of its charter in 1998. He has created and developed the Midwest claims operations, standard of services and best practice. Mr. Vogl has executive oversight of multi-state carrier, general agent and TPA claims operations, claims SIU, claims compliance, customer relations management, managed care/medical network development, RFP processes, vendor relations, reinsurance claims, audit controls, IS claims project management and development of system enhancements. He has been instrumental with OD, change management, training, team building and development of human capital.
