About Scott W. Drop

In 1982, a few short years after retiring from service in the United States Armed Forces, I founded Drop's Vending with one goal in mind and that goal was customer satisfaction. The business began as a part time vending company, then quickly expanded to a full time operation and included an office coffee route and a bottled water delivery service. Over the years, I began looking for ways to expand the business in order to serve vending operators nationwide, so I sold the vending route and began developing the business into what is now a highly reputable vending machine sales and refurbishing business that has stood the test of time. I remain dedicated and committed to customer satisfaction and that single focus, driven from every aspect of the company's operation, has brought customers back to me time and again and has been the key to my success.
