* Launched a brand new Analytic and Assessment Division for the OUSD(R). Led a cross-functional team of 4 data scientists, analysts, and various contractors * Facilitated the completion of 10 federally funded studies with several more finalizing within a year of my departure * Spearheaded a data consolidation effort that led to the ingestion of over 100 dissociated reporting systems and millions of lines of data into a single location * Helped to create the first real-time capability for visualizing readiness data across the entire Department of Defense

* Performed database management, analysis, and validation of requirements in order to prioritize programs and resources* Promoted to Team Lead for the ARNG programming analytics team consisting of five analysts * Responsible to ensure requirements totaling more than $28.4 billion were introduced, validated and resourced by the Army

* Senior analyst for the Chief of Staff of the Army regarding all Army Acquisition programs related to all Army Aviation, Tactical Wheeled vehicles, and all Service and Support equipment* Provided comprehensive analysis and recommendations concerning the programming and resource allocation of 62 major acquisition programs totaling over $35 billion across the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) (a five-year budget projection) * Provided analysis, alternatives and recommendations concerning the programming and resource allocations for high profile programs such as the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV), Future Vertical Lift (FVL), various Unmanned Aircraft systems, as well as the Apache, Black Hawk and Chinook airframes

* Initiated studies, analysis, and evaluations with respect to funding allocations at the national level for the Army National Guard (ARNG)* Provided critical oversight for over $2.8 billion ARNG program requirements* Through analysis and collaboration, grew the ARNG recognized sustainment requirements by $16.3 million during a period of budget contraction

* Established the Massachusetts Army National Guard's Anti-Terrorism / Force Protection (AT/FP) Office. * Senior Logistics Officer: 25 subordinate Units and supervised 22 logistic professionals. Developed policies and established internal standard operating procedures later adopted statewide. Awarded an overall satisfactory evaluation in the Command Supply Discipline Program in 2012 (a first ever for the Commonwealth). * Commanded, trained and deployed a finance unit in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Served as the finance liaison and provided finance support to a Multi-National Division of over 11,000 service members, civilians and foreign nationals. Maintained a cash holding authority of $11 million. Exceeded the national processing standard of 98% while coding an average of 800 monthly transactions. Disbursed over $11 million without a loss of funds. Recognized as one of the top commanders and awarded the Bronze Star for exceptionally meritorious service. * Lead Officer Recruiter: Developed an annual plan for recruitment which increased accessions by 20% for two straight years. Developed officer procurement priorities and designed a program capable of tracking and projecting vacancies. Rewrote the State Officer Candidate School (OCS) pamphlet, leading to the largest Accelerated OCS class in the Commonwealth’s history.
