Traveling my career path... it seems like a time warp... I have been blessed to be an apprentice to/of the Building Construction, Mechanical & Plumbing trades, and it's many, many trades people. I have been blessed with many opportunities to have developed my skills and knowledge through hands on install, team collaboration shared passed down secrets of the trades and project team building and leadership. I have been fortunate throughout my career. Sharing in the success of completing multiple types of building constructions in multiple municipalities, varying from Custom/Ranch Homes to High Rise Apartment / Condo- Multi-Mixed-Use and many types of Commercial projects, from office buildings / banks to vet clinics. . I landed on the Mechanical and Plumbing trades being and becoming my area of expertise and Trade Profession .. Master Plumber exclusively... (Thanks to my mother in law.. lol) I bring and offer a one of a kind unique combination of Building construction, Plumbing and Mechanical hands on installation experience and expertise, team leadership with years of in-field, multi-municipality, experience including Project Management, Team Leading Training and Building.I take pride in developing Apprentices, Mechanics, Project Managers and Logistics teams that are willing and wanting to develop and learn the Mechanical Plumbing and Building trades.I have unique weather beaten combination of in-field hands on in business slash office talent and strength, including but not limited to traits necessary to become a Master Plumber, Senior Technical Plumbing & HVAC Advisor, Project Management, Field Superintendend & Development of Superintendents, Team Leadership, Logistics personnel and procedures... Most recently GC Superintendent learning and developing all areas of building mixed use from the ground up. I'm a resourceful and creative all around Project Management/ Superintendent/ Plumbing/ HVAC problem solver.... experienced in team leadership and management, contract review/SOW red line, computer skills, discussion and execution.
