Full trade apprenticeship, achieving five separate NVQ’s in joinery related subjects, whilst working in each of the company’s five production teams. Experience included operating various joinery machines, power tools and hand tools, reading and working to production drawings, specifications and datasheets and at the conclusion of the apprenticeship managing a team of around fifteen joiners, including work allocation, supervision and liaising with other manufacturing departments, management and pre production engineering.
