Part of the founding team setting up WeGrow, a new school based in NYC. Currently building out all data systems to ensure the smooth running of the school with salesforce as the central CRM.

Noticing that we are the only primary and middle school in the country that has developed a completely unique management system priority was placed on further building this system out. Currently around 6-8 new apps are implemented each year with full training and documentation. On top of all the responsibilities of the data manager position I previously held a key role feature has been the collection and analysis of data in real-time for all users and departments making use of custom dashboards along with the creation of many other data systems specific to the needs of the department or individual user.

Responsible for the sole design, build-out, implementation and training of a totally customized Salesforce CRM from scratch building upon the paper-based and individually kept spreadsheet systems being utilized at the time for over 100 unique users and 650 portal users. Systems developed include the use of some traditional standard objects but mainly the creation of custom objects along with the need to integrate systems with numerous 3rd party apps. Also responsible for analysing data at local, city and state level, making and finding comparisons for numerous sub groups along with finding areas for improvements and suggesting ways forward for this along with presenting this to supervisors and our board of trustees.
