These projects have delivered strategic benefits such as cost savings, efficiency gains, and operational excellence.In addition to my project management responsibilities, I am part of a team that established a community of practice for 250 delivery professionals within the COO function. This initiative fosters knowledge-sharing, innovation, and collaboration, aligning with Legal & General's focus areas.Previously, as a Project Manager for the Currency Team from October 2021 to 2022, I delivered end-to-end IT upgrades, including Office 365 and Windows upgrades, and introduced a PM governance model that enhanced efficiency and knowledge retention.
