Kevin Rudd (Ex Prime-Minister of Australia). - My role included writing a high quality research paper on the topic of sustainable development, specifically the importance of considering cultural factors when planning and implementing projects.- Our delegation met with representatives from the Australian High Commission to Kenya, AusAID, the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat).- Delegates engaged on the ground with a number of CBO/NGO's and collaborated on their research with tertiary students from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
