Responsible for supporting all telecommunications related financial, contractual and expense reporting activities by implementing and tracking changes when appropriate to their Client base.MAJOR ACTIVITIES:- Solicit feedback from telecommunications group and maintain reports for compliance to or variation from contractural obligations.- Participate in preparing and distributing Request for Proposal packets and maintains lists for requests for information from vendors by ensuring that each Vendor package is complete, including all schedules, etc., and coordinating release through GSPP. This includes tracking and documenting vendor questions, forwarding them for response, and coordinating the release accordingly.- Monitor contract specification compliance and track delivery schedules. Formulate summary reports.- Receive and record price and service proposals. Prepare spreadsheets for analysis and writes summary reports.
