Multi state operational responsibility for luxury athletic club and spa facilities with a reputation for exceptional family focused programming. Responsible for the growth of integrated profit centers in retail, spa services, food and beverage, membership development and fee based programming in excess of $50,000,000 in revenue. Tasked with the recruitment, development, and leadership of an exceptional field and corporate team focused on '5 Star Service' and an outstanding member/customer experience.Covid-19: Implement, direct, and audit facility, staff, and member protocols to ensure compliance with all State and local mandates.

Responsible for organizational leadership, strategic direction, new business and program development for 11 facility branches, two resident camps, three non-facility program centers and 43 after-school sites with direct budgetary responsibility in excess of $30 million. Directed a team of over 1,000 staff.Led the acquisition, development, and oversight of collaborative partnerships with Healthcare providers, youth organizations, universities, foundations and civic leaders. Nurtured and led a culture of entrepreneurial innovation resulting in the following examples of impact - • Development and successful operation of 2 new YMCA facilities.• Oversight of 10 branch annual fundraising campaigns totaling $700,000+ • Membership growth 2006 – 2009 over 7,000 units (20,000 members) and $9M in revenue• 2009 – 2018 from 160 to over 3,000 girls annually participating in Girls on The Run• Since 2010, over 7,000 inner city youth learning to swim through Detroit Swims initiative• Expanded After School sites and children served 150% to 2600 children since 2013• In 2018, 240,000 healthy meals and snacks served to children in low income neighborhoods • Program revenue growth 2013 – 2017 over $2M (18%)• Introduction and oversight of branch board development process

Primary responsibility focused on a single site operation (160,000 square feet) whilst driving regional operational change at two additional HealthPlex locations. A critical member of the Executive leadership team put in place to restructure all areas of multi-site operations to include sales, marketing, member service, health/wellness programming, staff recruitment, policies, procedures, and accounting and payroll systems.

Recruited to lead day to day operations of a 90,000 square foot private member ‘urban country club’. The Sports Club/LA at Rockefeller Center was an $11M operation catering to corporate executives, celebrities and residents.

Oversight for the successful operation and financial results of seven sites, within four states, totaling in excess of 26,000 members and $35M gross revenue. Worked closely with volunteer advisory Boards (Board of Governors) to ensure an effective use of volunteer time and community support. Implemented strategy and managed company-wide standards of club operation, activities and programs. Reported directly to the COO whilst working closely with the CFO, and owner to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities included development and opening of three facilities.
