I am currently leading a team of 10-12 auto adjusters form Buffalo to Albany and North. Responsible for team performance, customer service results and estimating best practices. Successfully drive results through developing, coaching, and mentoring a team of new and tenured auto damage field adjusters using tools and processes such as reinspection and audit, core metrics analysis, behavioral root-cause analysis, and Best Practice identification and implementation.
