After that, I managed investments and partnerships for the Chicago-based Joyce Foundation. Post-MBA, I transitioned into Amazon, where I held a variety of general management and strategy roles. I led and grew P&Ls in the hundreds of millions of dollars, negotiated and closed on strategic holdout partners, overhauled pricing and profitability programs, and led strategy development for both existing and new business lines. Post-Amazon, I worked at ShopRunner, a growth stage e-commerce startup, where I led the strategic partnerships function, co-led new venture product development, and participated in the company's 2020 acquisition by FedEx (NYSE: FDX).
