Planned, built and provided O&M support for development efforts within Microsoft Azure, to include RD Gateway setup, JIRA server provisioning and SSL filtering. Apply patches, install new Delta application builds, and conduct operations and maintenance activities for MS SharePoint, MS SQL and IIS Web servers that host the Delta application across multiple network enclaves. Performed Tier 3 maintenance and DevOps tasks for the Department of State SMART program. Supported Scrum Agile software development team release initiatives with Microsoft TFS. Participated in company business development activities to assist with writing sections of proposals for new and existing work. Applied patches, installed new software builds and conducted Active Directory maintenance and design activities. Coordinate and participate in activities to build a new Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V test environment. Managed Domain Controllers, Exchange Servers, Microsoft Lync, Microsoft SharePoint, and SQL. Supported a Perfecto Mobile platform (Install, configure, facilitate regular software upgrades) to create access for mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows8, Blackberry, etc.) to the U.S. Department of State enterprise. Upgrade physical HP Proliant hardware and VMware ESXi virtual machines running Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008 to a Windows 2012 Hyper-V platform. During each upgrade, several isolated networks - used for testing, quality assurance and production - are configured with the newest Microsoft software (e.g., all SMART server suite software listed above including Biztalk, ENDECA, MS SQL, MOSS, etc.),Reset, configure, update iOS on Cisco 2900, 2950, 3750 and 4506 devices to meet changing network configurations and expansion tasks. Track licensing for NetApps and VMWare VSphere products on test and quality assurance network. Update knowledge base, technical documentation and suggest changes for implementation by technical writers. Deploy Windows 2012 Datacenter server, Microsoft Biztalk, SQL Server and Team Foundation Server software in Test and QA network to support Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities.

Functions in an administrative supervisory and project manager role for all GLOTECH personnel on the project. This role includes responsibilities such as recruiting and hiring employees, approving time sheets, tracking employee leave requests and balancing operational needs with such requests. Mr. Warner facilitated team-building activities on a monthly basis with his staff. He participated in proposals for new contract work and performed other project management duties such as tracking project time and cost (labor and travel expenses) information in order to present to executive management monthly. He completed additional project management tasks as prescribed by upper management on a regular basis.

Project Training Coordinator and GLOTECH Site manager. In this position he functioned in a project manager leadership capacity, while fulfilling such responsibilities as training lab manager, facilitator, mentor, technical instructor for all project orientation and technical training classes. This position also included instructional design, course agenda, curriculum and content authoring and planning and interfacing with Department of State Foreign Service Institute personnel to enroll project team members in required courses.

Traveling to U.S. Embassies with ManTech employees to install and configure new IT Equipment, mitigate project risks, coordinate logistics, plan installation activities, brief executive and functional management, manage team and project personnel and provide technical training to project employees.

Served a thirty-six month assignment at the U.S. Embassy in Riga Latvia, U.S. Embassy Moscow Russia, and the U.S. Embassy in Frankfurt Germany

Attained the rank of NCO Sergeant (E-5) in a five-year-six-month period of enlistment, and earned various awards for excellent service. Mr. Warner learned the intricacies of PC repair (e.g., A+); network troubleshooting (e.g., Network+), computer programming, and webpage development. Mr. Warner was also a marksmanship trainer, and rifle range coach who helped to prepare Marines for qualification on the M-16 service rifle and Beretta 9MM pistol.
