• Work directly with the Project Manager in assisting every aspect of the project.• Generate, update and track all RFIs, submittals, change orders and procurement items with Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors to ensure the project schedule is met.• Assist in obtaining necessary permits as well as with Estimating to ensure quality take-offs.• Coordinate the manpower for the entire corporation to ensure all employees are accounted for. • Prepare and distribute various cost and progress summary reports throughout the project life cycle to allow senior management and owner representatives to evaluate project performance.• Perform daily communication and coordination with multiple field and office personnel, sub-contractors, suppliers, vendors, design staff and clientele to ensure construction activity execution and completion.
