Perform key trading of bonds on different Internet platforms and created a strategic market niche by finding inconsistencies among yields being offered on various trading platforms such as MuniCenter, Knight Trade Web, and Bond Desk. Successfully manage the company’s internal Muni inventory, and assist lead Muni trader by writing new issue scales and underwriting competitive and negotiated new issues. Assist sales team in acquiring bonds for client accounts through the Muni desk and provide bids/offers for clients bonds. Provide key market evaluations to sales team that ensures clients are receiving best deal possible.

Absolute Realty was acquired by Century 21, and I was recruited by Century 21 to assume the President of Business Development title. Generated first year revenue of more than $13MM for small boutique real estate firm, and successfully maintained revenue of $23MM over 2-year period.Specialized in new construction within inner loop of Houston, and developed new accounts with home builders within that area.Small boutique firm consisting of 8 realtors, and oversaw management of budget and daily operations . Managed Operations for all financial accounting, administration and payroll, and strategically directed all advertising promotions and operational budgets that kept company afloat in tough economic times.

Maintained and created new contacts and client acquisitions, and developed new accounts through cold calling and lending seminars.Achieved monthly average of $750K in volume.
