Worked in the Applications Engineering Department/Technical Assistance Center, creating a variety of drawings and illustrations to present to internal and external customers for pre-sales and post-sale support. Used AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max extensively to create animations and highly detailed photo-realistic illustrations for technical publications, catalogs, and instruction manuals. Managed and used a Sony ES-3 digital video editing suite to create training and installation videos for output to various media; combining many software packages to produce complex assemblies of media, including sound, video, 3D animations, 2D illustrations, photos, and voiceover tracks. Also created and maintained Cad libraries in AutoCAD and Visio for external customers for their use in project planning.

Created specifications drawings, shop drawings, and assembly information sheets and other documents in an Engineering environment. Programmed automated computer generated assembly instructions for production using MS Access, WordPerfect, and PlanPerfect. Assisted in company conversion to AutoCAD from a proprietary CAD program. Participated in periodic hands-on production training and interfaced regularly with production personnel.
