I regularly advise customers on IT strategy and take responsibility for project planning & delivery.• Assume ownership of crisis situations. • Advise customers on IT strategy, projects, budgets and resource management. • Provide day to day assistance to all technical staff. • Responsible for delivery of technically complex projects on time and to budget with clear communications with to all stakeholders and 3rd parties. • Provide first rate problem solving skills – making it happen regardless of technical obstacles. • Deliver by example – take a “hands on” leadership approach. • Demonstrate skills interacting with senior leaders across different sectors. • Representing the business in appropriate forums. • Act as a liaison between key parties to ensure that customer needs are met with the most appropriate technical solution• Grow our customer base with Server Virtualization & Microsoft System Centre offerings.

Most of the job involves working with IT managers of schools and colleges accross the country, mixed with a bit of switching, virtualization, project management, cloud services and heading up the development team working on The Medhurst Dashboard, for both business and schools.
