Manage and build new territory to increase John Deere One Source’s market share in the golf and turf industry. Drive to increase business by penetrating existing accounts, capitalize new strategic accounts based on relationship building and develop agronomic programs. Demonstrate and deliver new John Deere Golf and Turf Equipment as well as maintain relationship for additional questions and needs with customers. Agronomic program development includes implementation, inventory control, scheduling of events, product placement, problem resolution and handling account receivable problems for customers.

Drive to increase market share in territory, maintain strategic accounts and develop agronomic programs

Manage 18-hole golf course while supervising 12 staff members. Develop and implement annual maintenance budget of $250,000. Other responsibilities include: hire and fire staff members, order and receive merchandise daily, direct and participate in maintenance of turf equipment, perform daily water management, execute daily upgrades and repairs on existing irrigation system, install drainage system on the golf course and apply all the chemicals and fertilizers for the golf course.
