Vice President, Project Manager – Sanctions Transaction Screening Workstream • Assumed project manager responsibilities in September 2016 to assist existing team with the production implementation of Fircosoft Continuity for transactions screening planned for the first quarter of 2017 to meet key regulatory deliverable (Continuity platform was implemented March 18th).• Manage and facilitate the project plan including key tasks associated to transactions tuning, coordinating operational readiness, vendor management (Fircosoft and PwC) and managing implementation risks.• Partnered with Head of Sanctions Compliance to develop strategy to implement components of initial data sources into Continuity to meet technology and operational requirements to meet the regulatory deadlines.Vice President, Project Manager – AML Transaction Monitoring Workstream• Conceptualized and and developed with the Head of AML and her management team the plan to implement the new AML Transaction Monitoring Platform (TMP). The AML TMP included the implementation of a new proprietary/vendor hybrid transaction monitoring tool, the Actimize Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) and Actimize Risk Case Manager (RCM) products. The project annual budget averages $8-10 million and at the peak, included approximately forty resources and followed State Street Industrialized Agile methodology.• Effectively oversaw, coordinated and led the activities of internal State Street teams (business and systems) and multiple exterior vendors (PwC, Actimize and Pneuron) to ensure project milestones were delivered timely, accurately and within budget.• Responsible for providing status reporting and presentations to key stakeholders, State Street senior management, the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) and other regulatory agencies on project progress against specific target dates for project milestones in the the AML TM provisions of the FRB enforcement action against State Street.
