As the President of GWPG Asia and Head of Marketing at Golden West Packaging Group (GWPG), I lead the development and execution of customer-focused design solutions in a high-volume manufacturing environment. With 30 years of experience in the packaging industry, I have helped numerous start-ups and global brands successfully launch their products on time with innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.I have a broad knowledge in graphic and structural design, print and manufacturing workflow, program management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and technical problem solving. I also have extensive experience in business models and supply bases in Asia and North America. I was one of the founders of Impact Mfg., which was acquired by Fleetwood-Fibre Packaging & Graphics in 2011, and was a shareholder in another private acquisition in the packaging space. I have also rebranded and redesigned digital media, selling collateral, and multiple corporate websites for GWPG. My mission is to create value for our customers, partners, and stakeholders by delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly packaging solutions.
