Scott has over 20 years’ experience working within the Engineering, Project Management, and Environmental sectors. Starting as an Electrical Engineer in the highly competitive Automotive Industry, he achieved several key milestones such as engineering the first guided parking system to Australian built cars, the project management of Holden Special Vehicles flagship car the “GTS”, project managed development and manufacturing of the complete electronics platform for the BA Falcon, and successfully leading a project which created $UD100 Million turnover p.a. From there he followed his passion into the Environmental field, where he has delivered a range of large scale renewable energy projects and significant energy reductions. He worked with a large manufacturer to reduce their energy consumption by 20%, reduce carbon emissions by over 50%, whilst improving profitability. Scott is a driven Environmental professional with a successful track record. His combined skills of Engineering, Project Management, Renewable Energy, and Energy Efficiency mean that he is able to identify, engineer, and project manage complex sustainability projects with successful outcomes. He has personally been responsible for many successful engineering projects, and also lead large teams which have delivered a range of innovative projects. Scott’s expertise also extends to the strategic development, working in teams on carbon neutrality strategies, waste to landfill reduction strategies, and regional environmental strategies.
