October 2019- November 2023: Project Manager for Towne Nashville Apartments in Nashville, TN. Primary responsibilities included: managed a team of Superintendents and Field Engineers (internal and third party), managed subcontractor companies from earthwork to project completion and acceptance while maintaining a project schedule and inspections with the building department. Coordinated with Architects, Engineers, Development Managers, Designers, and Building Officials. The project was designed as a type III wood framed, 6-story apartment building with a hybrid parking structure in the center.November 2017 - October 2019: Superintendent for Vireo Midtown Apartments in Atlanta, GA. Main responsibilities included: worked with a team of Superintendents (internal and third party) to coordinate with subcontractors from earthwork to project completion and acceptance while managing a project schedule and inspections with the building department. This project was designed as a 26-story high-rise concrete apartment building with roof top pool and amenities. Jun 2015 - Nov 2017: Superintendent for Octave Apartments in Nashville, TN.Main responsibilities included: managed all of the subcontractors from earthwork to project completion and acceptance while managing a project schedule and inspections with the building department. The project was designed as a 4-story type V wood frame, wrap style apartment building around a pre-cast parking structure.Jan 2014 - June 2015: Finish Superintendent for Roswell City Walk Apartments in Roswell, GA. Main responsibilities included: maintained project documentation, updated drawings, managed submittals and permits, managed trade workflow, maintained safety program compliance, and conducted quality control inspections for project acceptance to management. This project included 6 separate type V multi-story apartment buildings.

May 2012 - Aug 2012 · 4-month Internship (Project: Elliston 23)Assisted Superintendents in order to learn concrete multifamily structures and building processes. Oversaw and coordinated material deliveries & delivery locations on job site, documented construction job progress for Superintendent as well as aided the general labor force and participated in job site safety training.May 2011 - Aug 2011 · 4-month Internship (Project: Dwell at McEwen)Supervised a small crew of workers in a door repair project of leaking exterior apartment doors. Primary responsibility was to communicate with the apartment occupants, apartment office managers and to coordinate necessary materials/tools for the job.May 2010 - Aug 2010 · 4-month Internship (Projects: Whole Foods, West haven)This was a 14-week program where I learned many aspects of a development firm. This included shadowing commercial construction managers (Whole Foods McEwen), project coordinators, residential construction managers (West Haven), landscape architects, and commercial architects.
