Project Coordinator (Fairways, Brookwater)July 2010 – July 2012Fairways, Brookwater is a master-planned residential community consisting of approximately 150 homes within the Greater Springfield region west of Brisbane. It combines a mix of townhouses, detached villas and recreational facilities. I assumed responsibility of the project in 2010 as we were about to commence construction of Stage 2. This stage is comprised of 34 townhouses, in blocks of 4 & 5, and 11 detached villas.Technical Liaison Coordinator – QldJuly 2009 – June 2010The roll of Technical Liaison Coordinator was a new position created during the restructuring of Mirvac Design. Soon after the GFC in early 2009 Mirvac Design restructured from various state based design offices into a single national design office, based in Sydney. This roll was designed to ensure that Mirvac Design was able to continue to provide ongoing support to the local Brisbane development, construction, and estimating departments with all their architectural requirements.Project Coordinator (New Masters) April 2008 – June 2009This was a new roll, created within the Mirvac Design Housing department, to implement a change in our housing design philosophy. Previously all homes had been specifically project-based designs. In early 2008 we implemented a plan to incorporate our current designs, complimented with new designs to create two new design ranges. These became known as “The Mirvac Series” and “Medium Density” ranges respectively. This provided us with an integrated range of homes to be used across a all Mirvac projects throughout South-East Queensland.
