Their credit, even if they had a good score, was riddled with inaccuracies. And, even though every person that owns a home should have a living trust, the majority did not. I also noticed that a lot of my clients were business owners but they financed their business with personal funds. ‭Some operated a "work from home" business, others a traditional brick and mortar business, and both were looking for "TRUE" business funding that's not linked to their social security number. Seeing how I have a background in residential funding, commercial funding and corporation formation/funding.....I often found myself doling out free financial advise. So, recognizing an opportunity to further educate and empower middle America, I decided to go back into the financial consulting world and expand my funding options. Now, not only can I help my clients with home improvement funding but I can also help with business loans, personal loans, real estate loans, credit repair/suppression and living trusts. STILL FUNDING HOME IMPROVEMENT I've been in home improvement sales for 3 years prior to starting our company in May 2014. I saw a need for fair home improvement pricing as well as financing that could fit more budgets.
