 Manage the implementation of Club Management and Membership Management Software designed for health and fitness facilities, campus recreation centers, wellness centers, JCC/YMCA organizations, and parks and recreation departments throughout the US and Canada. Conduct on-site, Web based, and Phone training for managers, department heads, and front line employees to ensure that all software and hardware setups are complete and to make sure the client is completely operational and comfortable with the application. Help hire, train, and mentor new consultants while in Houston and on trips to client sites.  Develop end user documentation and Wiki help files. Submit software enhancement requests and test and report issues with the Software.

 Designed web based training courses based on PeopleSoft’s Supply Chain Management and Kronos Time Management for Waste Management/Recycle America Alliance. Trained end users on the Recycling eBusiness Transformation Initiative (ReTI) project to utilize the newly implemented PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management Modules. Developed PeopleSoft inbound and outbound user guides.

 Maintained 30+ clients nationwide, helping them attain the maximum value on their investment of UCS software and hardware. Interacted with essential dealership personnel and end users to increase software utilization, efficiency, and profitability by covering Checklist and completing consulting projects. Analyzed ongoing and prospective business situations in my clients’ dealerships and provided possible solutions. Responsible for creating and enhancing support materials in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint used by clients and UCS personnel. Provided training to dealership personnel and internal employees on UCS software applications including finance and insurance, management accounting, parts, payroll, sales prospecting, service, system administration, and vehicle inventory. Contributed to the mentoring and training of new department employees by teaching classes, developing application practice sets, and leading sessions on department policies, procedures, and software.
