• Review and screen applicant resumes in applicant tracking system for the Greater Milwaukee area and Madison, WI along with Logan, UT • Took leadership in the staffing process for the Madison, WI facility, bringing in over 80 newly sourced employees in 3 months • Coordinate job interview appointments with candidates • Interview candidates and determine hiring status • Post open positions, coordinate application collection, and administrate pre-employment tests • Track new hires through onboarding process • Maintain and update employee records in Kronos and Oracle HR
