As a Senior Occupancy Planner during my time at JLL, I applied my CAFM expertise to create conceptual block and plans, and names-to-desks layouts for various clients and projects. I liaised with stakeholders to gather information and requirements for layout design, and I supported the projects and MAC team to assess specific workplace needs and produce space recommendations.Prior to that, I was an Occupancy Planning Manager at CBRE, where I was responsible for maintaining the CAD drawings, reflecting the as-built conditions for the EMEA region, covering 48 cities, 78 buildings, 20K workplaces, and 220K SQM. I also ran data queries and data dump files to update the space and occupancy records using in-house information management and planning systems, and I discovered trends and patterns to optimize the space utilization and occupancy planning process. I have a strong information technology background, having graduated from Barking & Dagenham College with a field of study in Information Technology. I am skilled in problem solving, presentations, communication, sales operations, and consulting, and I am motivated by creating efficient and effective solutions for the real estate industry.
