I've enjoyed a career of just on 40 years working directly with clients, as well as sales training and sales management, in the market research industry. Along with that I author original research papers and presentations, often speaking internationally (for such as ESOMAR, IIEX, Insights Association, Quirk's).I've taught at university and grad school levels for 25 years - notably for UC Berkeley's post- undergrad Extension program and for Michigan State's Masters in Market Research (MMR) in the Eli Broad business school.
