I am an energetic, career minded, detail oriented person. I have worked in pest control since 2016 and fell in love with the industry. I quickly advanced from field technician to service supervisor for our central branch. I have a team of 17, 10 of which are my direct reports. I am responsible for their ongoing training and development. I also work closely with our technical director to establish company wide training protocols, test new products, and provide technical support with challenging and/or sensitive accounts. I am often tasked to lead monthly company wide training meetings. I am constantly on a search to learn more about the industry and develop my own skills so I can better train our employee base. I am always up for the next big challenge. I am driven to succeed in everything I do and never accept failure.
