Wrote, designed, implemented Civil-Military staff-planning process for the 6th British Multi-National Division Headquarters. • Department of State RC-S Regional Platform Afghanistan – Served as Operations officer and special project officer for Senior State Officer. Oversaw and led the reformation of Kandahar city power program including obtaining $450M for the Kajaki Dam renovation project. • 10th Mountain Division 360 Assessment Team – Provided formal assessment of operations in RC-S for the Commanding General. Assessed capabilities and capacity gaps throughout southern Afghanistan. • Served in 2d Ranger Battalion, Delta Force as well as the Joint Readiness Training Center. While at JRTC served as Chief of Plans and Exercises. Responsible for leading the Stryker Brigade Certification (a $28M exercise) that required congressional approval as well as the first rotations for Afghanistan.• Published Author – Building Partner Capacity – A New Structural Paradigm was used by the Chief of Staff of the Army to structure Regionally Aligned Forces.
