About Scott Young

With over 20 years in the Networking, VoIP and Unified Communications industry I have been lucky enough to gain experience and become qualified to sell and support a range of industry leading technologies.Over the past 15 years my primary focus has been with VoIP and Unified Communications, with a strong emphasis on vendors such as Yealink, Grandstream, Epygi, 3CX, Cyberdata, Snom, 2N, Jabra, Zultys, Singlewire, Broadsoft(Cisco) and Microsoft OCS/Lync/SFB/Teams.Product and services have included basically anything SIP, including IP Phones, as well and SFB and Teams Certified IP Phones, Video Phones, Software and Hardware based IP PBX, SIP to BRI/PRI ISDN/FXS/FXO gateways, SBC’s, Headsets, Video Conferencing Solutions, SIP Trunking utilising Broadsoft and much more. The past 12 to 18 months has seen a huge shift to Microsoft related technologies including Office 365, SFB and now Teams, as well as certified devices to suit, including IP Phones and MTR (Room system) solutions.
