Amazing Apprenticeships are a small team with a big mission. We’re here to help educators, employers and students navigate the fast-changing world of apprenticeships. Our positively charged, inspired team has a wealth of experience in the public and private sectors, working in and with schools, colleges and some of the world’s biggest and boldest companies. We’ve seen first-hand the difference that employers can make to apprentices – and that apprentices can make to their employers. That’s why we’re committed to communicating a new understanding of apprenticeships – one in which everyone appreciates the huge opportunities on offer.

We deliver national projects designed to inform and inspire England’s students about apprenticeships on behalf of the National Apprenticeship Service. We arrange bespoke support packages for schools and colleges who want to increase awareness of apprenticeships. We create and deliver resources from posters and guides to films and live broadcasts with some of the country’s most prestigious employers.

Roles and Responsibilities

Social Media Management
- Shaping the social media strategy of Thebes Group
- Creating content for website and blog
- Ensuring all social media and LinkedIn information is up to date and refreshed to increase loyalty and Brand awareness
- Creating, managing and maintaining Social Media campaigns


Operations Admin
- CRM: Maintain data input onto CRM Salesforce, produce reports in line with business needs.
- Company Newsletter: Proactively co-ordinate and produce company newsletter.
- Asset Register: Ensure asset register is up to date at all times, update asset register as required.
- IT Equipment: Co-ordinate the assignment and distribution of IT equipment within the business.
- Admin: Providing ad-hoc admin support to the Operations Manager.
- Bookings: Book meeting rooms, hotel and travel.
- Presentations: Create PowerPoint presentations.

Resourcing Admin
- Job Adverts: Upload all new vacancies onto required job boards in real-time.
- Breakfast Clubs: Arrangement for Breakfast Clubs as required.
- Using CRM platform Salesforce, uploading and updating documents within the system, acting as an Administrator.

A temporary job working during the Christmas holidays in December 2014 as part of an outsourced customer service division for Samsung products.

My main responsibilities included:

-Responding to customer email queries and complaints on behalf of Samsung
-Cross referencing the data base to check the status of customer claims, informing customers of the progress of their claims
-Working as part of a team to proactively clear a backlog of queries during the busy Christmas period
