I have redefined the development and management of sales staff and territories by implemented and leveraging a Sales Routing, Planning and CRM applications resulting in a 30% growth in market share. Leveraging this technology has given tools to management and sales reps that has redefined our business.Management style is an important factor to success. It’s important to develop relationships with your peers and employees and then empower them to make decisions. Empowerment gives others the ability to grow and make an impact on the business.My passion for business and strategy lead me to purse my MBA with concentration in Marketing and Masters of Science in Strategic Management (MSSM) from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
