Scott is a results-oriented, process-driven business leader, spending the last 20+ years managing complex retail portfolios. His breadth of experience spans construction management, real estate development, environmental oversight, and facilities maintenance for both regional and national multi-site operators. Prior to Odyssey Services Group, Scott served as Associate Vice President of Construction & Facilities for a large multi-state collision repair center and was responsible for growth of the chain across a nationwide footprint, through Brownfield and Greenfield developments, as well as onboarding new facilities through acquisition. Prior to that role, Scott spent over a decade in the convenience store industry where he successfully implemented aggressive growth programs and was key to the creation of a new prototype design for Stripes Convenience Stores/Laredo Taco Company.Scott is a founding member and principal of Odyssey Services Group (LLC). His vision is to create a service-driven environment with his clients, where transparency is paramount and trust is essential.Outside the office, Scott enjoys volunteering with his Children’s High school marching band, hiking, fishing, and camping. He lives in Dallas, TX with his wife Heather, and their 3 children and two dogs.
