Revitalize the IT procedures, hardware and software of a multi-OS visual effectsproduction/post-production house. Established monitoring and Help Desk ticket systems to trackissues. Created budget plans and co-ordinated work and contracts with vendors. Vastly improvedresponsiveness and stability of all systems in the production pipeline.

Guided the existing IT department of a Bi-lateral US/Canada Treaty Organization responsible for salmon monitoring and enhancement throughout the west coast of North America. Implemented Help Desk, planned SharePoint system to formalize salmon prediction modeling workflow and formalized procedures for remote site commissioning and decommissioning.

Provided direction in IT matters to a multi-billion dollar real estate company with interests in 3 provinces and over 175 employees. Developed new IT system including architecture, design, build out and administration of systems, policies and procedures. Established and maintained budgets, lifecycle plans, and vendor relationships.

One time event at UBC hosting the World Ultimate and Guts Championships. This 1 week tournament was attended by almost 2000 players from 13 countries.
