In 2013, I was recruited by Rethink Leisure & Entertainment as the founding President and CEO to spearhead the development of three 20th Century Fox theme parks and resorts on a global scale. While stablishing and leading an in-house team of seven executives, encompassing roles such as COO, CFO, Chief Creative Officer, Legal Counsel, and Creative Directors, I acted as the primary liaison between the parent company, the Board of Directors, and 20th Century Fox, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment between the IP owner, the creative team, and the IP licensee. My leadership was pivotal in bridging the gaps across these diverse stakeholders, driving the successful execution of these high-profile projects. • Founded the company from the ground up, drafting the business plan, and recruiting and scaling a high-caliber team of 70+.• Successfully navigated the transition of the company after 20th Century Fox was sold to Disney, leading the transformation of the company from an in-house service entity into a globally recognized profit center with $15M in signed contracts.
